The Puppy Dog Horse. Part One.

I could taste the dirt in the air as we drove up the road. It was the 5th horse we were going to see and I wasn't all that excited anymore. The grass was blowing in the windy air, the air itself, looked dirty and gross. All I could think of was that it was another big waste of time.
The feild was full of grass, I inhaled deeply. I always loved the smell of grass. The first thing I saw, was a llama. It looked weird, blind in one eye making it go a cloudy grey colour. Llama's were never something I liked, their feet are ugly and discusting. Why would you even want a llama?
Getting out of the truck was tricky. I was up to my ankles in mudd. The llama made a noise, as if to laugh at my failed attempt. It creeped me out more and more by the second. I was about to ask if we could leave, but quickly changed my mind as a saw the chestnut gelding approaching. He was beautiful.
He wabbled towards us, and I do mean wabbled. He was huge, for a moment, I wondered if it was a pregnant mare. I decided it wasn't as I realized he was the only horse in the feild. He stuck his head over the fence and smelt me. At first, I thought he was just friendly, but then, I realized I was still holding the bag of apples and carrots. I giggled as he started licking my hand. He was perfect.
